Terms of Service

1. This motel requires all guests to be at least 21 years of age to rent a room.

2. No unregistered guest is allowed in the rooms, guests are always welcome on the grounds, in the lobby, patio and pool areas.

3. No pets are allowed in the rooms. (We cater to Stanford patients and often find certain animal's dander to be an issue for patients)

4. $250.00 fine for damages, theft, vandalism or smoking in any room.

5. All guests must have a valid photo ID, passport, or drivers license.

6. $100 deposit is required for all cash paying guests.

7. $50.00 fee for any lost keys.

8. Check-out time ends at 11:00am, late check outs are not allowed, no exceptions. Check-in time is between 3:00pm - 11:00pm.

9. Weekly rates are non-refundable, no exceptions.

10. A 10% hospitality tax will be charged on all rooms.

11. If another person is paying for your stay with their credit card, they must either be present at sign in, or we need a credit card authorization approval signed including a clear copy of photo ID and credit card.

12. Wireless is a free amenity and cannot be guaranteed to work in all rooms. Depending on laptop used and distance of router, signal strength can be of issue. We recommend using wireless in lobby/patio area for optimal signal strength.

13. This motel, management and employees will not be liable for any items left in rooms. Please use caution in when and where your valuables are left, The guest is solely responsible for those items and safety thereof. Though no complaints have been made, this policy is for the protection of both the guest and our employees.

14. For the month of June there is a "No Cancellation Policy" in effect, rates are subject to increase and a 2 DAY minimum reservation is required.

15. All international credit cards will be charged a merchant fee of $5 per transaction.

16. Each room is priced at one person per bed. You may add additional guest(s) to your room for $10.00 per person at the time of check-in. Each room is allowed no more than 2 guest per bed. Please choose the appropriate room for your party or call us for assistance.
